Eindhoven is unmistakably the most adventurous city in the south of The Netherlands. The country’s fifth-largest city, it offers everything you need to make life enjoyable! A bustling city centre with a huge variety of shops, numerous bars, pubs and restaurants, welcoming terraces, a lively nightlife, an overflowing events calendar and art and culture of the highest quality! But Eindhoven also has a rich historical background; at first sight a young and modern city, it is actually one of the oldest in The Netherlands!

THE EINDHOVEN REGION
Eindhoven lies in between The Kempen and The Peel. Both are famous as areas of natural and green beauty and for their outdoor activities. Here you will still find the famous 'Brabant amiability'. Taste this atmosphere in a typically Brabant village, such as Eersel, Nuenen or Oirschot, and enjoy the Burgundian cosiness in one of the many cafe's or at an outdoor cafe with a delicious glass of Trappist beer!
