Lionel GUERIN

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lionel GUERIN, 52, married with 2 children, is an aeronautics engineer graduated from ENSMA (Mechanics and Aerotechnics Preparatory National School) of Poitiers. He was successively appointed Technical Manager for Europe Aéro Service (EAS) where he was in charge of fleet maintenance. He became then a Pilot (EPL A’) for UNI AIR, AIR INTER and then for AIR FRANCE where he filled the positions of A320 Captain, Pilot Instructor and Manager (last position: Operational Standards Manager) before creating AIRLINAIR (regional airline company operating today 24 ATR 42 and 72) of which he is Chief Executive Officer.

Since June 30, 2003 he has been appointed Chairman of the FNAM (Air Transport National Federation) and the CSTA (Air Transport Union Chamber). He is also a member of the Great Council for Air Transport.

On April 26th 2006, he was named Advisory Counsellor of the Banque de France branch of Créteil for 3 years duration.

On February 2007, he was nominated Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of transavia France, a leisure scheduled low cost company, owned by Air France and Transavia Holland, operating Boeing 737-800 aircrafts.

Jean-Luc NUGUES

Managing Director

Mr. Jean-Luc Nugues, 52, father of 2, is a former student at the Advanced Business School specialized in International Air Transport, graduated commercial engineer. He began his career being an Operations Manager for AIR LITTORAL before becoming EJA AEROLEASING Commercial Dispatcher in Switzerland. He successively filled the positions of Operations Director for AIR EXEL and Presidency Consultant for ALPHANLINES.
He joined the AIRLINAIR Company in 1999 participating to its birth and development as a Quality Manager and Programs Director. In 2002, he was appointed Managing Director and corporate executive of AIRLINAIR.

Jacques FEUVRIER

Secretary-General, Administrative and Financial Director

Mr Jacques Feuvrier, 50, academically graduated in technology specialized in finance and accountancy. After living abroad for 8 years, he began his career in the aeronautics field in 1990 as a Cost Controller for TEA, EAS and ALTO. He joins AIRLINAIR in 1999 right after its creation as Secretary-General and Administrative and Financial Director and was appointed Managing Director Deputy of AIRLINAIR in 2003.
