Since its creation, Airlinair has answered JAA (Joint Aviation Authority) regulations demands of the JAR-OPS 1, quoted in the May 12th of 1997 decree ruling aircrafts operations technical conditions for public transportation and holds the Air Carrier Certificate #F-N112. This decree, delivered by and under continuous supervision of the French governing body (DGAC), guarantees that Airlinair aircrafts are operated under maximum security, safety and quality conditions.
In order to monitor aircrafts airworthiness and to carry out its aircrafts maintenance, Airlinair answers European regulations demands of Part M/G of the Part 145 quoted in the (CE) regulation # 2042/2003 relating to the maintenance of aircrafts, products, aeronautical parts and equipments airworthiness, and relating to the decree of personnel and organizations participating to the tasks, and holds the agreement Part M/G appended to its Air Carrier Certificate # F-N112 and decree Part 145 # FR.145.575. These decrees delivered and under continuous supervision of the EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), guarantee that Airlinair aircrafts are operated under maximum security, safety and quality conditions.
Audited by the A.O. Quali-Audit, subsidiary of Air France Consulting, and in accordance with all the IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) program standards, Airlinair got the IOSA Certificate (an international label recognized by the air transport professionals). This certificate, delivered and renewed every two years by IATA, attests that Airlinair settled a monitoring and operations control system that guarantees a maximal level of security, safety and quality on both aircrafts operations and maintenance.
In the frame of its engines airworthiness monitoring, Airlinair was awarded in June 2006 from Pratt & Whitney Canada the “Recognition Award from P&WC for engine maintenance monitoring excellence”.
