Want to join our cabin crew staff? Our selection criteria are as follow:
- you are under 21
- you can hold a current conversation in both French and English
- you must own the Safety Rescue Certificate
- you must have performed a 60 hours flight internship
Even before registering for training for the Safety rescue Certificate you must first get sure that you are physically able to do this job by seeing a physician in an expertise medical center.

Technical cabin crew

Captains and co-pilots fly the airplanes, prepare and operate all the company flights in accordance with regulatory activities, general proceedings and AIRLINAIR processes.
They are primary actors of the quality standards set by the company: PUNCTUALITY, REGULARITY and SERVICE.

- Flight Captain: Licence ATPL + DA, Qualification ATR required,, 2000 hours of light, fluency in English.
- Pilot Officers: CPL/IR, qualification ATR required, fluency in English
These criteria are submitted to the condition of going of the selections and hold with the company’s needs.

Ground staff

Technique and Maintenance
Aeronautics engineers and technicians carry out preventive and remedial maintenance operations on the company's aircrafts, in our Orly site or in our different layovers. Want to join our staff ?
Our selection criteria are as follow:
- you have a JAR 66 level B license or an academic and professional background that allows you to get this license
- you are experienced in online maintenance
- you have an adequate knowledge of the JAR 145
- preferably you have a qualification of the ATR type
